Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing role (internships count).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, conduct outbound outreach to generate qualfied leads and schedule meetings or demonstrations, maintain CRM with accurate data.
• Sales Support & Collaboration: Assist senior Account Executives with presentations, proposals, and contracts; participate in client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Sales Cycle Management (Under Supervision): Nurture leads, articulate value proposition, help manage early sales pipeline.
• Performance & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets; report on activity, pipeline, and progress toward goals.
