Qualifications

• Retail store sales experience preferred.

• Customer Service - Own the customer experience by delivering friendly service and representing company standards.
• Employee Support / Teamwork - Mentor peers, resolve conflicts, and model professional behavior.
• Store Appearance - Maintain a clean, welcoming customer-facing environment and address appearance issues.
• Food Service and Food Safety - Ensure product quality and safe handling in line with standards.
• Merchandising - Present products effectively and align displays with customer demand.
• Shift Management - Coordinate shift activities to meet customer needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Business Operations - Follow reporting and inventory processes and monitor task execution.
