Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, urban planning, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate finance or affordable housing.
• Advanced Excel modeling capability, including multi-tab pro formas built from scratch.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting & financial analysis of affordable and multifamily housing opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence, reviews of appraisals, capital needs assessments, and market studies.
• Prepare investment materials and narratives for leadership and lenders.
• Support closing by coordinating checklists, statements, and funding flows.
• Maintain the transaction pipeline and track deadlines and follow-ups.
