Eaton in Lincoln, IL is seeking an Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift) for its ES AMER ARS division. The role is on-site with a starting hourly rate of $19.80 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

You will set up, assemble and repair as needed, perform quality checks, handle materials, and ensure environmental guidelines are followed. Benefits begin on day one with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand 8 hours daily.
• Must have good manual dexterity and hand speed.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Able to follow safety and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble and repair as needed.
• Perform quality and SPC checks to ensure device quality.
• Handle materials in the cell and move finished devices to designated areas.
• Adhere to facility environmental guidelines to reduce waste and materials use.
