Eaton Corporation is seeking an Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift) in Lincoln, IL. The role focuses on setting up, assembling, and repairing devices, while performing quality checks to ensure high standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma/GED from an accredited institution.
• Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered; active‑Duty military service members are exempt.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for immigration sponsorship or support for this position.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, and repair as necessary.
• Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices.
• Handle all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas.
• Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.
