Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking an entry level Assembly worker for the 3rd shift in Cleveland, TN. The position pays $19.26 per hour plus a 5% shift differential. Hours are 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM with mandatory Saturday overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of hands‑on work experience in an assembly, technical, manufacturing, or service‑industry role that involves performing manual tasks or operating basic equipment/tools.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Cleveland, TN. No relocation benefits are available.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures and wear PPE.
• Assemble components and build products per drawings and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
• Replenish and manage parts inventory at assembly stations.
• Read and interpret catalogs, drawings, and work instructions to determine procedures.
