Eaton in Lincoln, IL is seeking an Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift) for its ES AMER ARS division. The role is on-site with a starting hourly rate of $19.80 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

You will set up, assemble and repair as needed, perform quality checks, handle materials, and ensure environmental guidelines are followed. Benefits begin on day one with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

We are looking to hire an Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift) for Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division. The hourly rate is $19.80/hr and this position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Unless otherwise stated, the role is “On‑Site” at the location detailed in the post.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary
• Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices
• Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas
• Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered for this position. Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
