Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division in Lincoln, IL is seeking an Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift). The position offers a starting hourly rate of $19.80 per hour and is eligible for a variable incentive program.

Hours are 3:30 PM to Midnight, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one. You will set up, assemble and repair devices, perform quality checks, handle materials, and move finished products to designated areas while following safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma/GED from an accredited association.
• Must be able to stand up to 8 hours a day.
• Must have good hand speed and mental agility; attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality and SPC checks to ensure good quality devices.
