Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking an Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $19.80/hr and the role is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Hours: 3:30 PM – Midnight.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, assemble, and repair when necessary.
• Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices.
• Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas.
• Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.

Position Criteria

• Must stand up to 8 hours a day.
• Requires hand speed and mental agility.
• Strong work ethic.

• Proficient using hand/power tools.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma/GED from an accredited institution.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered for this position. Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
