Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in accounting or business preferred.
• No prior accounts payable experience required—internships, coursework, or related office experience are a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; able to learn new software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing all invoices for payment.
• Managing vendor records and verifying wire/ACH payment information.
• Responding to inquiries from vendors regarding payment status or questions.
• Assisting with internal control activities (reviews, approvals, reconciliations, etc.).
• Assisting during month-end closings.
• Other duties as assigned.
