Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an entry-level Transfer Agency Representative - Alternatives in Boston, MA. Under supervision, you will assist senior staff with processing investor transactions such as commitments, capital calls, distributions, transfers and redemptions.

You will help ensure all deliverables are accurate and timely, supporting the ALTS TA supervisor and team leader. This role emphasizes client service, compliance with procedures, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Aptitude for numbers, accuracy and organization is essential.
