Envoy Air Inc. is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Agent at ATW to greet passengers, check in, and issue boarding passes using our reservation software. The role involves lifting bags, assisting with rebooking itineraries, and delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience desired but not required.
• Ability to learn reservation/ticketing software and systems.
• Must be able to lift bags up to 75 pounds and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist customers courteously and efficiently.
• Load, unload and sort freight and baggage safely, supporting on-time departures and arrivals.
• Work outdoors in various weather and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
