• 0–1 years in commercial real estate (entry level).
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support brokerage (leasing/sales) activities using AI to aid market analysis and client deliverables.
• Create analytical tools, dashboards and data visualizations to support brokerage strategy and reporting.
• Collect, validate and analyze CRE, economic, demographic and market data.
• Improve research workflows using AI-enabled tools and technologies.
• Review real estate documents and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospects.
• Assist with market research, trends and translating data into actionable insights.
• Develop client-ready visuals communicating market conditions and opportunities.
