Qualifications

• Familiar with AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage time under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field; Real Estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing/sales activities using AI for market analysis and client deliverables.
• Create analytical tools, dashboards, and data visualizations for brokerage strategy.
• Collect and validate CRE, economic, demographic, and market data.
• Review real estate documents and prepare abstract reports for clients.
• Develop client-ready visuals that communicate market conditions.
• Attend JLLU training program for new Associate Brokers.
