Job description

We’re hiring Mortgage Support Associates in Winchester, VA to support the home lending process for our Fortune 100 banking client! This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals interested in gaining experience within the mortgage industry.

Pay: $16.50/hr | $24.75/hr OT

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM EST

Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST

Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week; 2 days at home

Start Date: 9/29/26

What You’ll Do

• Review purchase contracts and mortgage documents
• Complete and follow up on requests for loan documentation
• Create initial disclosures for qualifying applications
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams
• Manage daily tasks while maintaining accuracy and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail, time management, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distraction-free home workspace. Previous document review experience is a plus.

Important

Candidates must be available for the full training schedule. No time off can be accommodated during the first 6 months. This is a foundational contract to hire role with the opportunity to gain mortgage experience and potentially grow within Home Lending as business needs allow.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
