Formación

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Entry-level accounting experience or internships preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; advanced Excel a plus.
• Basic understanding of ERP and willingness to learn SQL and Copilot.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to improve.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Must reside within commutable distance to Dubuque, IA.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable and receivable; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
• Support financial reporting preparations for management/regulators.
• Assist in audit preparations and provide documentation as needed.
• Perform basic financial analysis and reporting for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
