The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, understand GAAP, be proficient in Excel and accounting software, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA candidate or CPA certification preferred.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close processes.
• Perform daily banking activities, including reconciling bank accounts and monitoring cash balances.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Analyze financial data and create reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
• Assist with audits and tax filings as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
