The role involves journal entries, bank reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, analysis for management, and collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA candidate or CPA certification preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close.
• Process daily banking activities and monitor cash balances.
• Assist with financial statements including balance sheets and income statements.
• Analyze data and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with budgets and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with departments to support company goals.
• Assist with audits and tax filings as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
