About the Role
We’re seeking a full-time, Entry-Level Accounting and Administrative Associate to join our team and support day-to-day operations that keep our billing, payment facilitation, and customer support functions running smoothly. You’ll receive training, hands-on experience with leading tools like QuickBooks and HubSpot, and an opportunity to learn the inner workings of a growing SaaS company in the Multifamily Industry. This is a full-time remote role ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual starting their career.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work alongside our Accounting and Operations team to:
·Accurately record and apply customer payments using QuickBooks
·Send reminders and follow-ups to clients with unpaid invoices
·Assist in payment facilitation of end-user rewards
·Monitor and organize messages in shared email inboxes
·Help manage digital contract storage and input key details into HubSpot
·Contribute to system transitions and internal documentation as we grow
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates who are just starting out and/or those who have the following qualities:
·Interest in accounting, finance, or business operations
·Familiarity with spreadsheets, cloud tools (like Google Drive), and comfort with learning new software
·Strong attention to detail — you’re someone who double-checks your work
·Reliable, proactive, and organized — you take initiative and manage your time well
·Clear communication skills — both written and verbal
·Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
·Exposure to QuickBooks, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus, but not required
Location & Compensation
·100% Remote: Must reside in California, Texas, Colorado, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, or Florida
·Salary: $30,000–$34,000 per year (depending on experience)
·Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (standard daytime hours)
