Part-Time Executive Assistant (Remote) to Alyssa Nobriga
Location: 100% Remote
Hours: Part-Time (Flexible, ~20 hours/week) in Pacific Time Zone.
Alyssa’s an international speaker, coach and entrepreneur. She’s the Founder + CEO of The Institute of Coaching Mastery, which certifies hundreds of coaches a year in her methodology. As her business grows, she seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to optimize her time, streamline her workflow, and act as a trusted gatekeeper and communicator.
You will be Alyssa’s right hand—managing her schedule, priorities, and communications to ensure her time is spent productively and purposefully. This is a fully remote, part-time role ideal for someone with experience supporting coaches, influencers, or HNWI entrepreneurs.
Time & Calendar Management – Proactively organize Alyssa’s schedule, prioritize commitments, and minimize distractions.
Gatekeeping & Communication – Screen emails, DMs, and requests; respond or delegate on her behalf with professionalism and clarity.
Productivity Optimization – Identify inefficiencies, implement systems, and ensure Alyssa’s focus stays on high-impact activities.
Project Management – Oversee key initiatives, track deadlines, and ensure smooth execution of business and personal tasks.
Meeting & Event Coordination – Schedule, prepare agendas, and handle logistics.
Experienced EA/PA – You’ve supported a coach, influencer, or HNWI entrepreneur before and understand the fast-paced, dynamic nature of their days.
Master Organizer – You thrive on structure, love optimizing systems, and can juggle multiple priorities effortlessly.
Proactive Problem-Solver – You anticipate needs, think ahead, and take initiative without constant direction.
Exceptional Communicator – You’re articulate, professional, and can represent Alyssa’s voice with authenticity.
Tech-Savvy – Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Asana/Trello, Slack, and scheduling apps.
