• Process domestic and international ACH and wires.

• Collaborate across departments to maintain accurate records.

Are you a recent Accounting or Finance graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of accounting? We’re seeking an Accounting Specialist to join a growing organization that is expanding its international presence and investing in the development of its accounting team.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting while working alongside experienced professionals and gaining exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, collections, and banking operations.

What You’ll Do

• Support Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, purchase order matching, and reconciliations
• Assist with Accounts Receivable functions, including billing, cash application, collections, and account maintenance
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past‑due accounts
• Prepare account reconciliations and assist with month‑end close activities
• Support monthly financial reporting and accounting analysis
• Process domestic and international ACH and wire transactions
• Assist in gathering documentation and schedules for external audits
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial records
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Recent graduates encouraged to apply!)
• Internship, co‑op, or entry‑level experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, AP, or AR
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accrual‑based accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Nice to Have

• QuickBooks experience
• Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, or reconciliations
• Collections or billing experience
• Experience supporting audits or month‑end close activities

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Odessa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
