Job summary

Compucom is seeking an Account Support Rep Associate on the East Coast to handle day-to-day account interactions and order processing. You’ll monitor orders, coordinate with the account team, and act as a focal point for customer issues with a strong emphasis on accuracy and professional communication.

The role targets individuals with analytical detail, ability to communicate clearly, and capacity to work East Coast hours. Starting salary ranges with comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Purchasing or related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
• English language proficiency written and spoken; French if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for assigned accounts with accuracy and documentation.
• Manage Salesforce queue and reassign complex cases to senior reps.
• Request SKU creation and maintain pricing SKUs in portals.
• Handle RMA and CRB requests from start to finish.
• Respond to customer inquiries (ETA, invoices, tracking).
• Manage open orders and coordinate with procurement and vendors.
