Pacific Landscape is seeking an Account Manager Trainee to build foundational skills for client relationships and service coordination. This entry-level role supports satisfaction and retention by assisting with client communications and identifying landscape opportunities.

You'll collaborate with Field Managers and Account Managers to ensure quality service delivery, participate in site visits, and help prepare proposals. A willingness to learn and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; internship or related experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Interest in landscape management, customer service, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Support communication with clients regarding service updates and issue resolution.
• Help track and follow up on client requests and concerns.
• Identify potential landscape enhancement opportunities and support proposals.
