Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process customer orders with Account Executives and internal teams.
• Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and inventory availability.
• Enter, track, and manage orders using internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Help move orders through the process to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Communicate with sales representatives and internal departments to resolve questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor order activity, identify discrepancies, and assist with solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to internal business partners.
• Build relationships across departments while learning how a large corporate sales organization operates.
