Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking an entry-level Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in homes and schools in La Porte, IN. This part-time position offers direct care, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment to learn and grow in ABA.

You will receive 40-hour RBT training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance while building essential skills in communication, behavior support, and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to safely perform physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies to support learning and positive behavior.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding client progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and approved community settings.
