Job summary

Autism Care Partners is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, document sessions, and maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.

Training provided; prior childcare is helpful but not required. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, strong clinical support, and growth paths with on-site BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• No prior criminal history.
• Ability to utilize technology.
• Basic computer skills—Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• BTs work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing BCBA designed clinical plans.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Complete session documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Provide hands-on guidance under supervision to ensure client safety.
