Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, with strong clinical support and opportunities for mentorship. We offer supervision, ongoing training, and pathways toward BCBA certification through our Fellowship and Early Mentoring Programs.

As part of our team, you’ll engage in structured onboarding, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care while pursuing professional development within

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification is a plus (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and engage actively with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members for consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
