Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking a Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Saint John, IN, for part-time in-home and school-based ABA services. No prior ABA experience required; we provide 40-hour RBT training and ongoing mentorship to help you grow.

Work one-on-one with children to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You will travel to client homes and schools, receive competitive pay of $19–$25 per hour, and join a supportive team with opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children and families.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies and techniques to support learning and positive behavior.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Communicate with your clinical team regarding client progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and other approved community settings as needed.
