Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–6 months experience with ABA programming.
• RBT Certification.
• Completed RBT training and CORES competency assessments.
• Learning ABA principles and implementing under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Accurately collect data during sessions for analysis.
• Assist in assessments and gather information through observations.
• Follow treatment plans and promote skill development.
• Maintain session notes and documentation within 24 hours.
• Engage clients in a positive therapeutic environment.
• Respond to safety concerns following protocols.
• Communicate progress with the supervising BCBA/BT.
• Participate in required training and ongoing learning.
• Deliver treatment to clients ~90% of hours worked.
