Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. export control laws.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent certification/proven work experience.
• 0+ years of work experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to pass standard vision and hearing tests.
• Comfortable working with hazardous materials in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain additive manufacturing (AM) machines, including setup, calibration, material loading, and solvent production.
• Update and maintain chemical inventories to ensure resin and solvent production schedules are met.
• Perform post-processing tasks such as support removal, surface finishing, heat treatment, and machining.
• Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and build files to ensure accurate production.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision tools and visual standards to verify quality.
• Follow SOPs and quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Meet production and efficiency targets as a team.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve issues and support improvement.
• Document production data and equipment logs in ERP/MES systems.
• Monitor machine performance and perform preventive maintenance.
