Job summary

Poly6 seeks a Production Technician to support daily manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, product quality, throughput, and workplace organization. The role involves hands-on production tasks, process following, and continuous improvement to meet daily and weekly targets.

Responsibilities include operating AM machines, calibrating equipment, performing post-processing, inspections, and data recording in ERP/MES systems, while collaborating with engineers and QA for issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0+ years in manufacturing; experience in fast-paced/additive manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to pass vision and hearing tests as part of pre-employment.
• Comfortable handling hazardous materials in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain additive manufacturing machines with setup and calibration.
• Update chemical inventories to meet resin and solvent production schedules.
• Perform post-processing, inspections, and quality verification of 3D-printed parts.
• Interpret CAD models and build files to ensure accuracy in production.
• Document production data, inspections, and equipment logs in ERP/MES systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow 6S and PPE protocols.
