Addman in Statesville, NC is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Technician to set up, operate, clean, and maintain additive machines to ensure efficient production and minimal contamination. You will be part of a skilled team pushing the limits of additive manufacturing.

Mon–Thu night schedule (9pm–7:30am) supports high utilization while complying with ISO9001 quality standards. You will handle PPE, data entry, and housekeeping as part of daily duties.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years in a precision CNC machining, additive, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO9001 and hazardous waste handling.
• Ability to read, write, and record production data accurately.

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate and perform daily and preventative maintenance on additive manufacturing machines.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety practices on the shop floor.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gage pins, height gauges, dial indicators, scales).
• Change out equipment for different materials and calibration; read serial numbers and manufacture dates.
• Adhere to internal quality standards and perform housekeeping in a clean, safe area.
