Job summary

Poly6 is seeking a Production Technician to support daily manufacturing operations for additive manufacturing and ceramic components. The role emphasizes safety, quality, throughput, and organized work areas.

You will operate AM machines, manage inventories, perform post-processing, and document results. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, conducting inspections, following SOPs, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues while meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Must have 6S standards experience and work in a regulated safety environment.
• Must be able to follow SOPs and work instructions with accuracy.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and build files.
• Basic math skills for measurements and unit conversions.
• Strong teamwork and communication to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain additive manufacturing (AM) machines including setup and calibration.
• Update and maintain chemical inventories to support resin and solvent production schedules.
• Perform post-processing like support removal, surface finishing, and heat treatment.
• Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and build files for accurate production.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision tools to verify quality.
• Follow SOPs and quality standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Meet or exceed team production and efficiency goals.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Document production data, inspection results, and equipment logs in ERP/MES systems.
• Monitor machine performance and perform preventive maintenance.
