Beehive Industries in Mount Vernon, OH seeks a Manufacturing Technician for a second shift (2pm-10:30pm, Mon-Fri) to support additive manufacturing operations. The role involves finishing PMMA, Wax, SLA patterns and ceramic cores, data entry into Epicor MES, and close collaboration with Quality.

• Assembly experience or machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Dependable and reliable, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with procedure tools, systems, and travelers to perform duties.
• Hand finish PMMA, Wax, and SLA patterns per procedures and specs.
• Hand finish Ceramic cores per procedures and specs.
• Coordinate with Quality on product issues/concerns.
• Write scrap tickets daily and place rejected product on scrap rack.
• Ensure scrap quantity is claimed in Epicor.
• Process PMMA and Wax patterns through de-powdering, spray, and dip operations.
• Maintain and clean equipment; enter data into Epicor MES daily.
• Complete job paperwork promptly; cross-train across areas.
