Job summary

Mölnlycke is hiring a full-time Production Technician for our Wiscasset, Maine facility. The role supports the full manufacturing process for Specialty Wound Care products, following GMP and safety standards. This entry-level position includes comprehensive, paid on-the-job training and opportunities for growth.

The position operates on the Day Shift (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday–Thursday) with starting pay of $21.75 per hour and a pay range to $35.00 per hour, plus raises and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn GMP and ISO quality systems.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing manual tasks.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processing duties in the manufacturing of Specialty Wound Care products.
• Manufacture fluidized medium from raw materials to finished goods.
• Follow GMP, quality guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare, inspect, monitor, and operate production materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas per EHS guidelines.
• Identify and report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to leadership.
• Contribute to efficient and safe manufacturing through Lean principles.
• Participate in training and development programs.
