Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment.
• Comfort with recording data in computerized systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment used to manufacture hydrophilic polyurethane foam.
• Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure specifications.
• Record production and quality data in computerized systems.
• Package finished goods and prepare products for shipment.
• Collaborate with team members, maintenance, quality, and supervisors to meet targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement for safety, quality, and efficiency.
