Job summary

Mölnlycke Brunswick, ME is hiring a full-time Production Operator for the 1st shift (5:00 AM–3:00 PM). This entry-level role includes comprehensive on-the-job training and a starting pay of $21.75 per hour, with a pay range up to $35.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment physical, background check, and at least 2 professional references.
• Proven success working in a team-based environment.
• Ability to work overtime to meet production goals.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Close vision and color vision required.
• Ability to wear a respirator.
• Basic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing processes on production equipment to make Advanced Wound Care dressings.
• Achieve KPIs across quality, safety, cost and customer service objectives.
• Engage in continuous improvement culture and Lean principles.
• Follow GMP and Good Documentation practices.

• Contribute to reducing waste and improving production efficiency.
