Job summary

Mölnlycke, a medical device manufacturer in Brunswick, ME, is seeking a full-time Production Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM). This entry-level role includes comprehensive, on-the-job paid training and supports our production of Advanced Wound Care dressings.

The position involves operating production equipment, achieving KPIs, and participating in Lean and continuous improvement. Benefits include medical plans, 401(k) with company match, paid breaks, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment physical, background check, and at least 2 professional references required.
• Proven success working in a team-based environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to make well-reasoned decisions independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work overtime to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate the production equipment for Advanced Wound Care dressings.
• Meet quality, safety, cost, and customer service targets as part of KPIs.
• Follow GMP and Good Documentation practices; uphold Lean principles.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and proper sanitation.
• Communicate issues promptly to team lead or supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production areas.
