Job summary

Mölnlycke is seeking a 1st Shift Production Technician in Wiscasset, ME. The role involves operating and monitoring production equipment to manufacture hydrophilic polyurethane foam, and performing quality inspections to ensure specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment physical, background check, and references required.
• Basic mechanical, math, and computer skills.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment used to manufacture hydrophilic polyurethane foam.
• Perform quality inspections and testing, ensuring products meet specifications.
• Record production and quality data in computerized systems.
• Package finished goods and prepare product for shipment.
• Collaborate with team members, maintenance, quality and supervisors to meet targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement focused on safety, quality and efficiency.
