Molnlycke is seeking a Production Technician for our Wiscasset, Maine site on 1st shift (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Thursday). This entry-level, full-time role provides comprehensive, paid on-the-job training to begin or grow a career in manufacturing.

The role involves hands-on manufacturing of Specialty Wound Care products, GMP compliance, and a tiered pay model with starting pay of $21.75 per hour, plus benefits from day one and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform production processing duties in the manufacturing of Specialty Wound Care products.
• Manufacture fluidized medium used to produce Fluidized Positioners from raw materials to finished goods.
• Follow GMP, quality guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare, inspect, monitor, and operate production materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and equipment per EHS guidelines.
• Identify and report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Contribute to efficient and safe manufacturing through Lean principles.
• Participate in training and development programs.
