Also, there are a large number of laid-off techies who would want to get hired first. To ensure candidates get hired, they need to be better than the other job seekers.

The job market is hyper-competitive. For one position, 500-1000 candidates or more are applying, and laid-off job seekers are also competing for entry-level job positions.

We regularly interact with the top tech companies to give our candidates a competitive advantage.

Preferred Skills for Java / Full Stack / DevOps Positions:

Knowledge of core Java, JavaScript, C++, or software programming.
Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
For Data Science / Data Analyst / AI / Machine Learning Positions:
Preferred Skills:
Associate or bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information systems, IT, statistics, mathematics, or having good logical aptitude.
Knowledge of statistics, Gen AI, LLM, Sagemaker, Python, computer vision, and data visualization tools.
Candidates lacking technical skills can research our other programs which can assist in landing a job.
