An established industry player is seeking a Data Analyst Quality Advisor to join their remote team. This role is essential for processing member data accurately and providing support to members. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve data issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with clinical standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in data processing, along with a strong customer service orientation. Position Type: Contract, 6 months with potential extension or permanent placement
Location: 100% Remote
The purpose of this position is to process member data from receipt to entry into the QualityAdvisor data warehouse accurately and support members post-entry. The analyst will communicate regularly with members via email and phone, addressing questions related to data, processing, or reporting issues. Responsibilities include maintaining clear written communication regarding deadlines, decisions, and issues.
This role collaborates with various teams including QualityAdvisor Operations, clinical staff, mentors, Supervisors, Solution Center, Data Warehouse Services, Data Quality and Development teams, and other stakeholders to resolve data issues and meet deliverables.
