Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $28 - $30/hour. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k), and paid sick leave, depending on location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage analytic data needs of the business unit.
• Handle multiple tasks, data review processes, mass data entry, maintenance, and updates.
• Conduct data audits and evaluations within core systems.
• Identify and resolve complex issues, including mass changes, reconciliation, and data operationalization.
• Advise management on workflow issues and data integrity, offering recommendations.
• Develop and submit internal and external status reports.
• Create reports and data reconciliation using Access, Excel, Business Objects, and other tools, covering provider, claims, and membership data.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Experience with Amasis / SQL Server.
• Statistical or data analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence, SQL, and Microsoft Applications (Excel, Access).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
