Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant technical experience.
- 0–3 years of industry experience.
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 response and support.
- Support users and onsite IT needs.
- Install and configure hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Test and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Provide onsite IT support to customer systems.
- Maintain office equipment.
- Escalate issues to the next tier when needed.
