Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Technical Support Associate to assist on control system projects and field service teams. You will travel to client locations for installations, maintenance, or repairs, supporting start-up activities and FATs with supervision from project leads.

The role requires 0–3 years of industry experience and an associate degree or relevant schooling in engineering technology or IT-related fields. Strong electrical/mechanical skills and reliable problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant experience in engineering technology or information systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, start-up and commissioning of control systems.
• Perform instrument loop checks and calibrations.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems.
• Assist in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).
• Wire instruments and control panels.
• Develop basic understanding of HMI and PLC applications.
• Document work performed and maintain QMS procedures.
• Read piping and instrumentation diagrams and wiring diagrams.
