Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking an entry-level Associate Field Service Representative to support local units at Fort Campbell, KY, delivering pre- and post-sales technical support, training, and field assistance, with occasional travel. You will document requirements, assist in field training, and provide technical support across hardware, software, and networks while developing product expertise and producing after-action reports.

Willingness to travel up to 75% and obtain U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in engineering-relevant field or 0+ years with Bachelor’s degree
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and network integration concepts
• Ability to read electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, and engineering docs
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic and international) and pass pre-deployment physical
• U.S. passport and DoD Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Assist in field training and service support at customer locations under supervision
• Document customer expectations and collaborate with internal teams to meet requirements
• Provide technical assistance to engineering, quality, configuration management and subcontract teams
• Support on-site consultation, installation, and integration of hardware/software/network configurations
• Develop after-action reports to support continuous improvement
• Prepare area-wide technical guidance and participate in policy changes
