Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, chemistry, or related natural-science field.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental program plans, compliance assessments, technical reports, and environmental data products.
• Assist with transfer and organization of environmental records from Navy systems of record to Air Force repositories.
• Maintain SharePoint repositories and upload required environmental documentation to NexGen IT or equivalent systems.
• Assist with environmental project planning, cost estimates, specifications, studies, mitigation actions, and abatement projects.
• Support permit applications, regulatory correspondence, inspections, corrective-action tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Assist with environmental inspections and field activities involving water, soil, asbestos-containing material, lead-based paint, wildlife, and facility compliance.
• Assist with hazardous-material surveys and technical evaluations of environmental-service proposals.
• Collect and analyze environmental data and support weekly reports, briefings, meeting materials, and stakeholder communications.]
