Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Civil Engineer to serve as the primary Transportation Networks and Airfield Pavements (TNAP) AMP manager at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI. You will integrate structural, architectural, and pavement-condition data to assess infrastructure health, develop lifecycle strategies, and prioritize installation investment requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in civil engineering (or equivalent), 5+ years civil engineering experience, 3+ years military facility

Qualifications

• Lead development and annual updates of the TNAP AMP using PAVER data.
• Consolidate facility-condition data from BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) to support Facilities AMP lifecycle strategies.
• Apply Air Force asset-management principles to score, rank, and prioritize civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Priority List aligned to AMP deficiencies and installation priorities.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control of facility and pavement-condition data.
• Produce quarterly SMS data-quality reports and annual TNAP AMP reports.
• Conduct physical inventories and compliance inspections of facilities, systems, installed equipment, occupants, and facility footprints.
• Collaborate with installation stakeholders and maintain communication and engagement records.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
• This position requires a Common Access Card (CAC), the ability to pass the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clearance to acquire a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
