DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Entry Door Installer Trainee to provide safe and accurate installation of doors and hardware, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold quality workmanship in a team-based environment.

No prior experience required; welding is a plus. You must lift up to 100 pounds and possess a valid driver's license. Training will prepare you for a rewarding career in building trades with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Welding experience a plus.
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware on a wide range of commercial entry doors in shop and field settings.
• Repair, adjust, replace, and troubleshoot issues with doors and hardware.
• Communicate progress and challenges to Install Supervisor.
• Always operate in a safety-conscious manner.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire an Entry Door Installer Trainees in Tempe, AZ. This Entry Door Installer will be responsible for providing safe and accurate installation of doors and hardware, industry-leading customer service and a commitment to quality workmanship in a team-based environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Install hardware on a wide range of commercial entry doors in both a shop and field/job-site setting
• Repair, adjust, replace, and/or troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware
• Communicate progress and challenges to Install Supervisor
• Always operate in a safety conscious manner
• Other responsibilities as assigned
