DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Entry Door Installer in Nashville, TN to install doors and hardware with a focus on safety and quality workmanship in a collaborative team environment.

The role supports a broad range of commercial applications, performing shop and field installations and repairs. Experience in construction or similar trades is welcome but not required; OSHA 10 certification and a valid driver’s license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• OSHA 10‑hr certification a plus.
• Welding experience a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware on a wide range of commercial entry doors in both a shop and field/job-site setting.
• Repair, adjust, replace, and/or troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware.
• Communicate progress and challenges to Install Supervisor.
• Operate in a safety conscious manner at all times.

This Entry Door Installer will be responsible for providing safe and accurate installation of doors and hardware, industry‑leading customer service, and a commitment to quality workmanship in a team‑based environment.

Job Responsibilities
